Estika, operated by Estika Medispa Holdings Sdn Bhd, operates a medispa in Malaysia and sells skincare products through its Website. Our aesthetic treatments are provided by qualified practitioners in accordance with Malaysian healthcare laws and Ministry of Health guidelines.

Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds for products are governed by our Refund and Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Medispa Treatments and Bookings

5.1 Online Bookings

You may book aesthetic treatments through our Website. Online bookings are for scheduling purposes only; no deposit or payment is taken at the time of booking. Payment for treatments is made in person at our clinic following your consultation and treatment.

Non-Medical Service Disclaimer: Unless expressly stated otherwise, the services described on this Website are cosmetic, beauty, and wellness services intended for personal care and appearance enhancement. These services are non-medical in nature, are performed by trained personnel, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Individual results may vary.

5.2 Consultation and Suitability

All first-time treatments, and any treatment where clinically indicated, require a consultation. During the consultation, our practitioner will assess your suitability for the treatment and may decline to proceed if the treatment is not appropriate for you. Treatments will only be performed after you have signed the relevant consent form and been given an opportunity to ask questions.

5.3 Medical Disclosure

You must disclose all relevant medical information honestly and in full before any treatment, including allergies, current medications, medical conditions, previous aesthetic procedures, and whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding. 5.4 Treatment Results

5.5 Aftercare

You must follow all aftercare instructions given to you. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect the outcome of your treatment and may increase the risk of adverse effects. We are not liable for outcomes arising from non-compliance with aftercare advice.

5.6 Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

  • Cancellation and rescheduling: please provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice.
  • No-shows and late cancellations: we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee, and to require advance payment for future bookings.
  • Late arrivals: if you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impact on other clients.

5.7 Packages and Prepaid Treatments

Where you purchase a treatment package or prepaid course, the specific terms (including validity period and transferability) will be set out at the time of purchase. Packages are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

5.8 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any treatment where, in our clinical judgement, it is unsafe or inappropriate, where you behave inappropriately, or where you fail to comply with our policies.

6. Intellectual Property
