Do I need to book an appointment, or can I walk in?

Is there any downtime after the treatments?
Downtime varies depending on the intensity of the procedure. Standard facials have zero downtime, while advanced treatments like Fractional CO2 Laser or Chemical Peels may result in 3–7 days of mild redness or peeling. We will provide a detailed post-treatment guide for every session.

How many treatment I need for facial and other treatments?
The number of sessions varies depending on your skin goals and the type of treatment.
Maintenance Facials: Recommended once every 3 to 4 weeks to maintain a healthy glow.
Targeted Treatments (Anti-Aging/Pigmentation): Usually require a series of 4 to 6 sessions for optimal, long-lasting results.

What are your payment methods?
We accept Cash, Debit/Credit Cards (Visa & Mastercard), and major E-wallets (GrabPay, TNG, etc.).
Do you offer installment plans?
Yes, we understand that investing in your skin is a commitment. We offer 0% interest installment plans through selected banks and “Buy Now, Pay Later” (BNPL) services like Atome or SPayLater.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind about a package?
We strive for total customer satisfaction. While we generally do not offer cash refunds for change of mind, packages can often be converted into store credit or exchanged for other treatments of equal value, subject to our Terms & Conditions.
Can I wear makeup after my treatment?
For most facials, you can apply makeup immediately. However, for laser or microneedling treatments, we recommend leaving the skin “breathable” for at least 24–48 hours to prevent irritation.
Can I exercise after my session?
We advise avoiding strenuous exercise, saunas, or swimming for 24 hours post-treatment, especially if the treatment involved heat or extractions, to prevent excessive inflammation or infection.
